Why doesn't the volume on my toshiba laptop work?
I just got a new toshiba laptop and for some reason the volume dosen't work. I went to the volume mixer and for some reason, the balance on the PC Beep is greyed out and immovable. Is there something I can do or download that can help with this problem?

You will need to be logged on as an administrator in order to do this. Open Device Manager, click Start, and then click Control Panel. Double-click System. On the Hardware tab, click Device Manager. See if there's a warning triangle next to your sound driver. If that's the case, try rolling back/updating the driver (right click). If that fails or you don't have one to roll back - look on the manufacturer's site for the correct, updated, drivers for your OS/sound card. © arou42

How much would I get in a pawn shop for a toshiba laptop?
I have a toshiba laptop with 320GB along with the charger and a case.. How much would i receive if I were to sell it to a pawn shop? plz and ty to those who answer i appreciate it a lot

lucky if you get £40

I'd stay clear of pawn shops. You won't get 5% of what its worth. Better to sell it on eBay or Craig's List..at least then you can set your own price.

Stay away from pawn shops unless you intend to reclaim it. List it on e bay

My Laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L500-1EL
How do I connect my Toshiba laptop to my TV?
1) My TV only has AV RCA input. 2) My Laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L500-1EL My laptop only has a HDMI output and a VGA output, and DOES NOT have RCA output or S-Video Please help me sort out this problem, I only need help with the video output as for the audio I will be using my earphone jack.

"Cables for less" might be able to help. Good service. Loads of styles. I recommend them.

Go to www.svideo.com, At this site they display All Cables / Connectors / and Configurations, as well as an Online Instructional Video. Not just S-Video connections.
