All qualities are good , it depends on the user and weather or not their systems are abused.
2 :
I've never compared the two countries but Toshiba has very rigorous quality control standards and they would have to be followed by the manufactures in both countries. So I would say they were equal. Don't forget that Toshiba wants above all to protect their name and putting out inferior products from any plant would not be away of keeping their name as one of the best in the business.

Generally you can not upgrade a video card on a laptop. They are integrated on the motherboard. While I dont know specifically for your laptop, but I am pretty sure this is the case.
2 :
The vast majority of laptops, including the sattelite series, have integrated graphics cards which cannot be upgraded. Laptops with modular graphics were a flash-in-the-pan technology. Finding one is rare, finding an upgrade for it even moreso.

Toshiba Satellite M65-S9092

Is it possible for me to get a laptop skin on my Toshiba laptop?
I have a Toshiba Satellite M65-S9092, and I would like to take it to Best Buy to get a laptop skin and for a few other things too. I have a 2 year warranty. Are there different design skins that can be put on the lid of my Toshiba laptop?

I don't think they do. You can probably make one with contact paper or sticker paper and an exacto knife. Just print what you want and cut holes for design elements like the logo and stuff (don't make cuts on a table or floor unless you have a cutting board or something you can buy a piece of glass to cut on at home depot for cheap). What is the best Toshiba laptop for gaming?

What is the best Toshiba laptop for gaming?
I'm currently choosing a laptop model to buy that will be good for games and a little work. So far, my choices are VAIO Y Series and ASUS X42JY-VX124. The Toshiba laptop would be my third choice. Any of you have suggestions? Thanks in advance. :D Oh, and, as much as possible, I'd want a laptop that wouldn't exceed $750.
