Toshiba laptop web camera effect downloads?
I have a new toshiba laptop with a built in web camera. It came with a few effects like borders, but i wouldn't mind getting some more like fish eye effect ect ect. Are there any downloads i can get for free that will give me these effects?

You can install ManyCam which is a different program with more effects.
