How do I recover my toshiba laptop after erasing?

how do I recover my toshiba laptop after erasing the whole hard drive?
I was trying to reboot my laptop back to "in the box" factory settings and clicked on erase hard drive a couple of months ago. Since then I've been trying to figure out how to recover my hard drive back to normal. I have a Toshiba Satellite L500 series

if you did erase it its gone including the recovery partition if you shut it down before it could do any work then perhaps http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/HTD7C02140000R01.htm if not and you really wiped out the drive including the partition - what were you thinking ? Get either a vista or windows 7 install disk - you can download them on a torrent You obviously will need the OS that you have the registration key code on the bottom With Windows XP there were a variety of disks and you had to have the exact disc with the newer ones it one disk for all Install the OS download the drivers from Toshiba and install

First of all have you got a "D" drive showing in 'Computer' if you have then look on the drive to see if you have HDDRecovery' if not then you will need to get the OS disc from Toshiba to reinstall your system to the original state.
