What should i buy a Toshiba laptop or MacBook air?
I'm trying to buy a laptop to video edit, pics edit and more should i buy Toshiba laptop or MacBook air?

Don't get a macbook air, they're too expensive, get a standard macbook.

FOR the money unless weight and portability is a real issue, go for a macbook or better a macbook PRO. Toshibas are great except they run Windows 7 that is no match to many to the superb virus free efficient powerful and elegant optimized for 64 bit MAC OS SNOW LEOPARD. RICK

It's funny that you post this question, because I have the Macbook Air! (Revision B). It is an amazing laptop. I previously had a Gateway, and after going to a Mac, I don't think I'd ever go back! I use mine for video projects for school and picture editing with iLife. It is definitely the best. Go to http://www.vinixcomputer.com. They have some good deals on MacBook Air's as well as on other MacBooks and laptops.

how do i play a cd containing photos on my toshiba laptop?
im trying to open a cd full of photos on my Toshiba Laptop but when i put it into the cd drive, nothing happens...does anyone know how i can open up the cd? still doesnt open mate?

How do I find out how old my Toshiba laptop is?
i have a toshiba psafga-077019 rrp laptop which recently broke. how can i find out how old it is and what the value would have been at the date of purchase? ive looked on the toshiba website but i cant find anything on there and when i called their enquiries line no one could help me!

look in your up dates for the oldest date instaled.

That is not a valid Toshiba model number. With a valid number you could find out. ~

To find how old is the laptop look under sometimes there is a manufacturing date if there is no manufacturing date try to google the model + review you can maybe find dated forum or blog post with people requesting information before buying it or gives there impression on the product this will generally give you an idea on how old it is. To know the approximate price try to see if there is any similar item on ebay for sell "Buy it now" this price are generally a bit lower then it's actual value (do the math and try to estimate). To be frank laptop price is so low now you have brand new laptop for around 400$ no body bothers buying used or broking laptop. If your idea is to sell it try to diagnostic with parts are good and those that are bad and try to sell parts apart as replacement parts on site like ebay and ioffer. Hope it helps.
