On a new Toshiba laptop that never came with a restore cd, will Toshiba send you one?
On a new Toshiba laptop direct from the store, that never came with a restore cd, will Toshiba send you one?? Do they exist? If yes, would it be free? What can I do if I need to reformat the computer?

Newer Toshiba models come with a built in recovery partition. When you boot up, hold down the 0 key, and it will begin the reformat process. You can also run recovery from here.
